A4 or US Letter?
Choose US Letter in the US, Canada and Mexico, and A4 almost everywhere else. Both versions have exactly the same pages.

How should I print it?
At 100% (“actual size”) on plain paper, in colour or black and white. Colour looks best, but every page works in black and white.
